I keep a friendly and positive attitude towards work and life and I will NOT take advantage of your situation by using tech savvy terminology or intimidation techniques, often used by mechanics or other big box stores.
I usually charge a fixed hourly rate of $50, but I also offer bundled price upfront for specific time consuming procedures such as data recovery, HDD repair, etc.
