I can't begin to describe the peace of mind of having Masky "available". I have called on Sundays, Mornings and he either picks up or gets back to me really quickly. From installing new devices, solving issues and just ensuring I am running at peak performance I trust him completely. The latest event was a virus and unable to help me over the phone - he jumped in his car and was on site within an hour. It took about 2 hours for him to solve the issue. Cheers! I have known Masky for about two years now.
